# Deposit crypto

> Fund a vault with a stablecoin or other crypto asset.

Receive crypto from an external wallet into a vault, for example USDC on Ethereum.

## How it works

1. Get the vault's deposit address for the asset and chain.
2. Send the asset to that address.
3. The funds show up in the vault's balance.
